At PS Academy Arizona, we understand that you don’t just want your child to excel academically. High school isn’t just about math and science. We love those, too, but we want our kids to enjoy all the parts of high school, like prom, talent shows, spirit weeks, and musical theater performances.
Our students are part of a community that values them for who they are and makes everyone feel included. Beyond small class sizes and students being grouped by ability rather than age, we offer a vibrant and engaging school life that includes:
Junior/Senior Prom
Our annual prom is always a night to remember! An absolute “must” for our students to experience!
Dances
We don’t limit our students to one end-of-the-year celebration. Throughout the year, we host three themed dances, like our Spooky Halloween Dance 👻. This allows students to dress up, socialize with friends, and get their groove on.
Basketball
Academy Arizona is the first school in AZ for students with special needs that competes in the Canyon Athletic Association against only neuro-typical teams. We also offer other adaptive sports options.

Talent Show
At PS Academy, we celebrate the unique talents of each student. Our annual Talent Show allows students to show off their skills and passions. From magicians to musicians, whatever their hidden talent, this is the place to perform for an audience and build their confidence.
