As we continue working toward our deadline of opening up the new campus in July, we’re making significant strides in school improvements and customizations! We’re excited to announce that tours are now available to existing parents.
This is an exciting year – we have not only rebranded, but we are also thrilled to announce that we are moving to a new, larger campus. This new location will house both PS Academy and PS Elementary, bringing our students and staff all under one roof.
Over the last few months, you may have seen some glimpses of our new name and logos… This evolution in our brand was triggered by our students’ voices. This rebrand is for them. To make 2019 the year we eliminate judgement amongst those who don’t truly understand what it is to be exceptional; those who hear the word “autistic” and jump to conclusions based on stereotypes.
The deadline to file your taxes is RIGHT around the corner, and if you haven't filed yet, you still have time to help keep these students in school, at ZERO cost to you. It's really easy. You can control where your taxes go. Instead of paying your taxes, you can simply redirect them to go to an organization that creates scholarships for our students, called a Student Tuition Organization (STO.) Many parents can't afford tuition to keep some students in our schools. You really can help make a difference.
Hurricane Harvey has devastated the lives of thousands of Texans. It is estimated that 30,000 residents are likely to seek shelter. The storm is said to have dumped 11 trillion gallons of water on Houston, and damages are estimated at $30 billion (so far.)
Although we are in Arizona... this is not something we can just put out of sight, out of mind.
