To enroll for the 2012-2013 school year follow all steps below:
1. Fill out and submit the enrollment packet.
2. Once it is received it will be reviewed and you will be contacted.
3. A parent interview will be scheduled as well as a child observation.
4. Once approved for enrollment, fill out the Empowerment Scholarship
application at ________________________________.
